EXCLUSIVE MANUFACTURING AND MARKETING
PROGRAM FOR CEDARCIDE PRODUCTS

San Antonio, TX - January 1, 2004 - Green Light Company, a primary manufacturer of
lawn & garden products, and CedarCide Industries have entered into an agreement for
Green Light to manufacture and market the retail line of CedarCide products.
The products include CedarCide pint concentrate, CedarCide ready-to-use (RTU) quart,
CedarCide ready-to-spray (RTS) quart concentrate, and CedarCide Insect
Repellent 4oz.lotion. All CedarCide products are chemical-free, safe for children and pets,
and long lasting. Since they are repellents, they do not kill beneficial insects such as bees,
